It didn't cost anything--we did buy a tour for the equipment and the ride out there, though.
Depends where you are taking lesson. May be around $50-100 or more.

It's not in Jamaica, ok? It was filmed in Hawaii specifically in Oahu and Kauai.
The Oahu Publishing Company didn't actually make any guitars; they sold a range of acoustic and electric guitars made for them by a variety other guitar makers as an adjunct to their music publishing business. Without knowing more about your particular guitar its impossible to guess the value. The student-grade Oahu acoustic lap steels (which are by far the most common) seem to be going for $75 to $150 these days, but your best bet would be to find Oahu guitars like yours on eBay by comparing pictures and descriptions and see how much they go for. Here's a video from an Oahu guitar fan with more info on these instruments: http://youtube.com/watch?v=LpvdJ9n0QMQ Even he says "they were cheap then and they're cheap now".
On Makua Beach, Oahu, HI.
The best spot to snorkle in that area is the Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve.
Obscurley (adverb) is defined as in a way that is difficult or impossible to understand, explain, or identify or in a deliberately enigmatic manner. It is also an Alternative Rock / Indie Duet based out of Portland, Oregon.
Hanauma Bay was created in 1967.

Hanauma Bay is located in Honolulu County in the island paradise state of Hawaii and is home to the Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, a wonderful tourist attraction for nature lovers and divers.
The water level in Hanauma Bay is not equal. If we speak generally, it is from 2 feet to 11 feet in places.
Although there are a few spots you can see some fish around Waikiki, the best place to snorkel in Honolulu is actually just a little east of the city: Hanauma Bay. Hanauma Bay is a volcanic crater that the ocean filled with water eons ago, making a tight circular bay. There is a reef located in the middle of Hanauma Bay that keeps the roughest of the waves out of the protected cove area near the shoreline. The coral isn't very pretty at Hanauma Bay, at least not inside the reef, because it is an extinct reef. However, the fish are dazzling in their variety and color. You can see more types of fish in Hanauma Bay in a few hours than you will see in days at many other snorkeling sites. If you want to go to Hanauma Bay, go early to make sure you can get parking. There are also buses and shuttles that will take you from Waikiki. There is snorkel equipment and food available at the Bay.
Hanauma Bay is a very popular place to snorkel in Hawaii. You can swim with all kinds of colorful fish.
Polynesian Cultural Center - Stay for the night show! Hanauma Bay - Like snorkeling in an aquarium. The Arizona Memorial - History of the Attack on Pearl Harbor December 7th, 1941. Waikiki and Waikiki Beach - Tourist Sanctuary on a very crowded island. Aloha Stadium Swap Meet - Hands down, best place to buy all your Hawaii souvenirs. Haleiwa - Matsumoto's Shave Ice. Waimea Bay - Oahu's nicest beach and a great place to watch when the big waves come in.
Well there are many beaches in Hawaii. I am a surfer myself and so I know. There is Hookipa Beach, Waikiki Beach, Poipu Beach, Napali Bay, Banzai Pipeline, Keallakekua Bay, Waimea Bay, Hanalei Bay, and Makena Beach. There are many Islands too, naming some of Maui, Oahu, Kauai, Molokai, Lanai, Hawaii, Mokupuni, and Haleiwa.
The Turtle Bay Resport is very nice, family orienated, and I highly recommend it. It is located on the island of Oahu, and it can result in a rewarding and intellecutal visit upon arrival.
Depends where you are departing from.
