Off the top of my head, I can name all 11 Beatles songs that Ringo sang lead. They are:
He also sang backing vocals on many other songs. All four Beatles are also credited for three songs ("Flying", "Dig It" and "Maggie Mae")

The iconic line-up is John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr.
It's credited as Lennon/McCartney, as nearly all Beatles songs were, but both of them have stated in interviews that it was almost entirely Paul's work with a small bit of help from Lennon (Lennon also said that Donovan contributed a bit, in particular the "sky of blue and sea of green" lyric). If you mean the film... well, he helped write the songs. The actual plot, such as it was, was largely a result of trying to come up with a way to tie a bunch of originally unrelated Beatles songs together (along with a few written specifically for the movie), and I can't find any indications that McCartney had any particular input into the process.
Ringo Starr did not play bass guitar. Stuart Sutcliffe did not play drums. Sutcliffe was long gone (and had died) before Starr ever joined the Beatles.
THE DIFRENCE ABOUT the beatles and other songs are that they are much better and have 275 songs WOW
Paul, Ringo, John's estate and George's estate still get 30% from current Beatles Cd's being sold. Paul and John do not own most of their copy-write songs! They get 0. Michael Jackson does own the copywrites in which he borrowed 50% of the money using the copy-writes as collateral from Sony. Not until this loan is paid off, Sony still owns 50% of Michael's ownership of the Lennon McCartney songs.

Pretty much all the Beatles contributed to all of their songs. Whether that came to the lyrics, the tune or the over all message. There are a few songs that Paul contributed nothing to. John wrote and recorded "Julia" without Paul's help. John also wrote "Good Night" for Ringo, which featured Ringo's vocal, accompanied by an orchestra and female choir. John and George were responsible for "Revolution #9".

First of all, RINGO IS NOT DEAD. He is very much alive and will be turning 73 this year. Secondly, John was shot in 1980, ten years after the break up.

the Beatles drew inspiration from many things for the different songs. they did often write about their wives and girlfriends.
of course he is, he was the drummer in one of the biggest bands ever THE BEATLES? :L if you mean is he as famous nowadays well no he pretty much stays out of the media now.
In a million ways The Beatles were swept up in the rock'n'roll movement that already existed, but they made it better and carried it into the next decade The Beatles changed songwriting by writing their own songs First they covered the songs of artists they loved, then their original songs sounded much like those of other artists, but as time went on, Beatles' tracks became more and more original This eventually evolved into music as we know it today, creating infinite possibilities for future musicians and making the music world much more accessible
These are the number of songs each Beatle sang lead. John = 103 Paul= 84 George= 40 Ringo= 8 John Paul George together= 8 John Paul (John more relevant)= 21 John Paul (Paul more relevant)= 4 John George= 1 John definitely did the most Lead singing. Paul was close. George did his fair share. Ringo... not so much... but still a good drummer!
