There is no replaceable bulb in the illuminated switches on a steering wheel. There is no room inside the button for a bulb, and such a bulb would create so much heat, that it would melt the assembly The illumination LED is integrated into the switch circuitry. The only way to fix it is to relace the switch assembly.

Pop the horn button off. Under that is the larger nut that holds the wheel in place. Afte that is removed, use a steering wheel puller to remove the wheel.
A person removes the airbag, and then the steering wheel with a steering wheel puller. Then pull out the sensor and clock spring, replace both, and replace the steering wheel and the airbag.Ê
