It really all depends on the clarinet condition. if its in a good condidtioin it can go for about 100-150 dollars, because it can be considered "vintage".(when I think of vintage i think of it being in a good shape)If its not in good condition, then dont fall into the trap. ask a repair person who knows how much it would cost to fix it. when you get the price subtract that number from what the people are charging you.(if its a bid on ebay, i dont suggest you buy it, buying an istrument online is not a good idea.)when you get that number,you should negotiate with the seller, and get to a good price that you both agree on.

That's almost like asking how long is a piece of string. If the clarinet is metal/plastic or rubber,it falls into the student line category. If it is wooden, has a name brand attached to it [BUFFET/LEBLANC/SELMER/YAMAHA/PETER EATON/] and very few others it would have more value. If a professional level clarinet had just had an overhaul, all the plating and pads/corks are as new, a 1960s clarinet would/could be valued at $1000-2000.
