john kay is still alive i met the band at the calsumem in east peoria illiniois after the end of the show i have alwise liked the band they are very good one of the best at there time they was meant to be in rock an roll i thank there music chanced a lot of things even in easy rider movie i play there music alot when i play my drums take care john kay you ever need a drummer im ready to play stay high until we die thanks a friend !
