You need to speak with the DMV regarding the matter.
Your AZ license will be suspended if you don't pay your speeding ticket (or any other ticket). See first related link for a statement of the consequences, second related link for how to get your license reinstated after suspension. I found both of these at the third related link.
they will suspend your license. I found this out the hard way as I did not receive the statement, and hence, did not pay. I now find myself going to criminal court to defend myself as driving with a suspended license is a misdemeanor.
Years ago it would be possible to have gotten away with having a suspended license in one state and a valid license in another. While I have seen a few instances of this happening, the advant of computers and NCIC and IDAX systems helps Law Enforcment not only track criminals but to check the drivers status in other states. Most States have entered into what is called an "interstate Compact". This is an agreement between the States to honor such things as the other States suspensions. It is quite possible even today. I had my license suspended in IL after I moved to NC. What happened is that when I got my last speeding ticket, I gave everything into the hands of a lawyer in IL, so that my case was in a limbo state. I moved right away to NC, and got a new driving license with no problem. Subsequently they suspended my old IL driving license, I didnt even know it, my NC license was still valid. I found out I had a suspended IL license when I moved again to California. When I went to have a new California license they told me I had to clear my record in IL first. I called DMV in IL, they told me my license had gotten suspended for 6 months, and given it was not 5 years later I could clear my record by paying 75$. I did it and got my brand new California license. If I didnt need a new license, my NC license would have been valid still even without clearing my record in IL. To answer the initial question, yes you can drive in NJ with your NY license as long as the tickets are still pending. Once they close, you wont be able anymore unless they close as you not being guilty of anything. After the suspesion period you will be able to drive in NJ again.
After being pulled over for driving with a suspended license, a search by police of Santana's Bentley found a bag of marijuana, 29 bullets and $20,500 in cash inside a plastic bag.
Apply to fight them in traffic court chances are the cops won't show up and it will get thrown out, if the cop does show and you are found guilty explain that you have no money and can not afford the fines and ask if you can do community service work to pay your debt to society. Most judges will let you. (I know from experience) I experienced this about 17yrs ago, my license were suspended for 4yrs. When i finally checked into it I found out that was why. I still had to pay the fine. You may want to check and see if you could be allowed to pay it off in installments, if not try to save 5 or 10 dollars a week until you have the amount needed.

No, as part of the interstate driving compact Texas must recognize the suspension in Virginia and refuse to issue a license; or suspend the license if it was issued and later found to be suspended.
If you're found to be at fault for a fatality accident, not only are you losing your license, but you're going to prison, as well.
Their website does not say, but if you can be found on the national registry and it's less than whatever limit they probably will. Texas allows a license to be reissued up to two years after it's expired. Virginia allows a license to be renewed up to 6 months after expiration.
Yes, it is. Knowingly or unknowingly really is irrelevant - you're driving on a suspended licence, and the courts will always reject a claim of someone not knowing their licence was suspended. And rightfully so. "I thought my license expired next year" might be believable. "I thought the police, DMV, and judge were just kidding" is not. I actually researched this and found that when the ticket is actually labeled "driving while license unkowingly suspended or revoked" has no points involed unless you do this repeatedly. And this being so because there have been cases where an insurance company has dropped a client and that person never received notification-or has yet to receive it; and consequently their license was suspended.
Violet's license was suspended on "Private Practice" after she was found guilty of unethical practices, specifically for revealing confidential patient information. This occurred after she had a breakdown and acted inappropriately in a situation involving a patient. The suspension was a significant plot point that impacted her professional and personal life throughout the series.

Once the reason for the suspension has been resolved, the authority that suspended your license should issue a notice of eligibility for reinstatement. With that paper in hand it should just be a trip to the DMV office to get you back on the road.
It doesn't matter. Some people never get the notice. He did something yo cause the suspension, so he should have been aware there was a problem to resolve. It doesn't change the fact that his license was suspended.
