When you bleach your hair, you are stripping all the colour out of it. There's no way for the color to come back in, therefore, it will last forever. (or atleast until you cut it off.)

The bangs will be yellow.Make your hair a bit choppy with some scissor, and then dye only to TOP PART of your hair the redish- orange that you chose.The underneither is BLONDE.After the dye has been washed out and looking normal...Take some bright yellow and put them in your bangs. Leave some of the top a bit orange so you just have a bit of little streaks in there. and then dye the blonde ON THE BANGS yellow. Wash out and there ya go...You will need Scissors, Bleach, Orange-ish Redish hair dye, yellow hair dye. Have fun :]
