Its actually called a passing lane and if your not passing anyone you shouldn't be in that lane! Why not save yourself from getting stares and save people from giving you stares and just drive 65mph in the other 2 or 3 lanes located on the right side? Its a win-win situation. They drive without giving you stares and you can drive without getting them and if they get pulled over, you also have the satisfaction of laughing at them.
