He/she will have their license suspended and probably have to attend traffic school. Get ready for some BIG BUCKS in regards to the fine and court costs. And be sure you are sitting down when you get that letter from your insurance company..YIKES!
The courts or motor vehicle dept will suspend the drivers license for probably 6 months to a year or possibly until they turn 18, your insurance will probably increase tenfold, if they don't attempt to drop you due to the child being on your policy (it sounds extreme, but they do it.) As for the child, I'd hope the parent would teach them a lesson, if they are driving 70 in a 25, especially already having been pulled over for speeding, they don't deserve to be driving.
i just turned 16 and got a speeding ticket what is going to happen!!! nothing, your insurance is going to go up and prolly bend you over but other than that depending on the speed you'll only get 2 or 4 points on your license. No big deal, but you can pay extra to the court or something like that to keep them from turning it into your insurance company but you have to sign a paper stating you will not get another ticket for the next 6 months or year, i can't remember. Your fine, just use cruise control as much as possible
What can happen? Heavy fines, jail time, suspension or revocation of drivers license.
The fine imposed for a speeding citation in Georgia will vary depending upon which court in which your citation is pending. In Georgia, speeding is a misdemeanor offense, and any misdemeanor is punishable by a fine of up to $1,000.00 and 1 year in jail. As a practical matter, hardly anyone is sentenced to jail as a result of a speeding citation; however, it can happen. Lol.....nothing...? If you are referring to Chris Brown, you should already know by now. =P
A speeding ticket in Canada varies across each province. You can get demerits on your license and the minimum ticket is $110 plus $1 per every kilometer over the base ticket. This doesn't include court costs.
Other then the attached points, nothing.

Yes. honesty really IS the best policy. If you appear before the judge and plead you case in that fashion - if you don't have a speeding record already - you may get your request.

When a force is unbalanced, an object will accelerate in the direction of the greater force, causing it to change its speed or direction. This can lead to the object starting to move if it was at rest, speeding up or slowing down if it was already moving, or changing its direction of motion.

I think there are consequences and you do have to pay the fine. I'd suggest calling Miami highway patrol and asking.
