Depends on the circumstances behind the reason for your drivers license suspension. If you were involved in a criminal activity, bonding for a job probably won't be possible.
Anytime a person's drivers license is suspended, that individual becomes a greater risk to bonding agencies, insureres, loan companies, etc. Suspension usually occurs because of a person doing an illegal activity. Bonding companies will review all your prior activities to ascertain if you are a trustworthy person or not.
So long as the suspension of your VA license is active, no. You'll need to appeal to VA and pay the reinstatement fees if they say yes.
No. I had 4 Speeders in less then 6 months and still have my license.
If your driving privileges had been suspended in FL it is surprising that you managed to get a NC license. HOWEVER, since you managed to get one, if you are stopped in FL you will still be charged with a violation, regardless of whether or not you have a valid NC license.
None. As a resident of MS, that's the only state you can hold a licence in. Furthermore, states share information, and will not issue a drivers licence (even if you become a resident of another state) while there is still a suspension active against you.
No. State DMV offices can access your driving history automatically from every state. Even if you don't mention you've had a license in NJ, it would still come up in NC's database. I speak from first-hand experience.
Yes.
Yes, you don't need your drivers license for that. A birth certificate and some other papers will do.
yes, as long as you are not driving it on a legal street.
I'm not a hundered percent sure. I had a florida license before my Colorado one was revoked. My florida license is still valid and that is what I am using. I don't see why not.

Not if the IL suspension is still in effect.
yes you can drive in Michigan
No. I had 4 Speeders in less then 6 months and still have my license.
No. They will still check your record in Missouri before giving you a license in Michigan. Suspension must be lifted first.
It is possible with some states, but not with every state. If you have a CDL (Commercial Drivers License) which gets suspended in one state, there is no state or territory of the US in which you'll be able to get licensed in while your license is suspended. Also note that the state which suspends your license also suspends your driving privileges in that state, so, if you did obtain a license from out of state, and were pulled over in the state where your license was suspended, it would still be treated as if you were driving on a suspended license.

No, it'll still be suspended.
