My opinion/answer on this question is that if your in love with someone and your mate doesn't love you the good thing to do is to express yourself to the person you love and tell them how you feel and ask them what they feel towards you. If your mate says something that makes you feel that he might want something to do with you well hang on and show he/she how much you love them.
