Slash, better known as Saul Hudson, played in the band Guns N' Roses until 1996. He has since then went on to also be in the bands Slash's Snakepit until 2002, Velvet Revolver until 2008 and now holds a solo career.

Slash was in Guns N' Roses, but during the end of gn'r slash was working on his own band, slash's snakepit, then aventually guns n roses split up in 1997, and he focused on that, then he moved on to a band called velvet revolver, which split up due to scott weiland getting put into prison. then in 2010, Slash came out with his own solo album called R&FN'R.
