No. Andy Sixx tacked on the last name 'Sixx' in a dime-a-dozen attempt to collect recognition, rather then generate his own following with a new or his own nickname.
Nikki Sixx does not have a son named Andy. Or rather, no possible son of Nikki Sixx rightfully has his last name (Not true). He has two sons named Decker and Gunner, and two daughters named Storm and Frankie-Jean. He had a step son named Rhyan.
Andy Sixx's real name is Andrew Dennis Biersack.
Nikki sixx's real name is Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna Jr

∙ 12y agoNo. Andy Six and Nikki Sixx have no blood relation whatsoever. However many think they are related because both stage names have the last name "Six."
What people fail to realize is that Nikki has his last name spelled "Sixx", while Andy has his spelled "Six", like the number.
And Sixx/Six is not either of their real last names. Andy's real name is Andrew Dennis Biersack and Nikki's real name is Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna, Jr.
