However, some parents might think otherwise because of the ridiculous decisions she has made in the past (e.g. shaving her head, etc.) and they think she has problems, so they might call her dumb for that.

Becaue she can afford to be. That is actually an advantage in more than one way: she can laugh off insults easier because she might not realize when she is being insulted, it makes it easier to be nice to people thereby encouraging people (people with benefits that is) to be nicer to her which gets her more luxury items. . . see what I mean?
