Is High School Musical 3 the last High School Musical?

It has been said that there is a script in the work for High School Musical 4, although most of the main cast has already declared that they will more than likely not be a part of it. (On a funny side note, seeing as how the 3rd film is their senior year, it wouldn't technically be High School anymore)

No, it isn't the last, there will be one next year according to the producers.
