Sadly Hugh Laurie has not released any of his private compositions such as his guitar composition on CD. There is however a cool acoustic version on you-tube which you can download and convert to mp3. All the best

CD stands for concrete detail and CM stands for commentary (analysis).
A search of allmusic.com suggests that these are the same album under different titles. Both Blues for Night People and Midnight Guitar were released on the Savoy label in 1957. Midnight Guitar was released on CD in 1994 by Savoy Jazz. I could not find any on-line sellers stocking the CD.
