NO. it is clear that kesha is NOT in right round. She walked in the studio right when Flo Rida was recording it and they asked her to sing it. By now she was used to background singing and she wanted her own career. They asked her to be in the video but she said NO because she didn't want to look all sexy and slutty. so therefore she is not the girl in the video.
