No, there is no evidence that Bruno Mars (born in Honolulu, Hawaii as Peter Gene Hernandez in 1985) and Michael Jackson (born in Gary, Indiana as Michael Joseph Jackson in 1958) are related in any way. A "story" claiming that they were related appeared on a fake news/joke website in 2014, but nothing about that story was true.
I recommend "Michael Jackson & Bubbles: the untold story". Another one is "The Last Days Of Michael Jackson".

I don't know for sure but I have read that he lived at home for a very long time, wanting to be close to his mom. He was really shy and insecure about living on his own so he just stayed at the family compound. In J. Randy Taraborrelli's book, Michael Jackson - he Magic, the Madness, the Whole Story, the author writes that he bought a condo in Encino, CA in the early 80's for himeself and his mom, so that they could escape living with Joe Jackson. His mother didn't want to move so Michael didn't either. Eventually Michael lived there for a short time while Hayvenhurst had some work done to it. Michael finally moved out on his own in 1988 when he bought Neverland Ranch. RIP Michael Jackson!
