• Miley Ray Cyrus is one of the best singers in my book. Although, that is just my opinion about her. Miley has some haters, fans, and then ... the obsessed fans. Not to sound weird, but I am probably one of those obsessed fans. Ha! I love all of her songs and looks. This is a kind of a hard question because it depends on who you are, and what you think about Miley Cyrus. This is obviously an optional question, but my choice is that she rocks my world!

• I am another girl, with a different opinion on this. I am one of those people who don't care about Miley Cyrus as much. Miley is pretty good, but the thing is, she doesn't use her instrument properly. That means that she doesn't breath right and she doesn't use her voice correctly. I don't hate her, but she is kinda screaming when she sings. And, the other evidence, about using her instrument and voice correctly, I learned from my school music teacher, and I am just agreeing with what my music teacher says.

Well compared to the big time movie stars that are up there with her, she is worse then them. Compared to Rihanna, Beyonce, etc, they are better singers, I mean Miley, I suppose, is fine for her age, but there are waayy better actors and actresses that are better. Her fans disagree, but you have to look at the whole picture. She actually is a pretty goos singer, but there are others that are better, so she is in between.

im another girl...miley is neither a good singer nor a good actress if you say that she is pretty good for her age so i would say that Avril was only 18 when she releases her song complicated and that song is just epic as compared to mily's song which are horrible
It's really a matter of the eye of the beholder thing. In my veiw, no she's not, but to someone else she could be an amazing actor.
