sadly yes. it was announced a few days ago that band members Jon walker and Ryan ross would be leaving the band. both members want to concentrate on a new,un-named musical project. although panic is losing its songwriter (Ryan ross) brendon urie and Spencer smith want to keep the band going,keeping the name but finding two new replacements.
Panic At The Disco is my favorite band and I am crying because I just found out. I can't believe Ryan and Jon are quitting! Ryan and Spencer started the band and now Ryan's leaving. Their losing a founder. I know they're not dead but R.I.P. Panic At The Disco. I'll miss you Ryan! And I promise to stay faithful to all the members even if they're not together. I'll be happy to hear Ryan and Jon's new project and I can't wait to hear what the 'new' Panic has to offer it's fans! I love you, Brendon, Ryan,Jon, and Spencer! NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS!!

∙ 10y agothe website says that Ryan Ross and Jon Walker left the band to pursue their own musical careers. a post from Brendon Urie (singer) and Spencer Smith (drummer) say that the two left because of creative differences. P!ATD are still runing unlike the Young Veins who split in 2011, also P!ATD have a new member Dallon Weekes
