How much is it worth depends the model and the overall condition of the instrument.

Your best bet is to arrange to have it appraised by an antiques dealer (Not the local guitar shop) who has knowlege of antique instruments.

The reason why you wouldn't bring it to a guitar shop is that most guitar shop owners/employees will feed you misinformation if they think you don't know much about instruments. They will tell you that its not worth much then offer to buy the guitar at an even lower price.
