Is a 222 guitar a good guitar?

I believe that Adam Levines First Act signture line is somewhat of a decent balanced guitar. Okay looks, okay feel, and okay sound. If your a beginner, Its really just developing your own sound and tone. Any good guitar could be a great guitar with the right players who have that exact sound they know they're looking for. Lets say your experinced like myself, I would get it and the first thing I would do is get rid of the bland starter amp it comes with and get myself a nice 15watt to 10watt Line 6, Marshall, or Peavey combo amp. Then really make that kitty roar like a lion with some EMG's or Heat it up with Seymour Ducans. But thats just my pressence, you shouldnt ask if its a good guitar, you should ask how you could make it sound better. :}
