Not in my opinion, however, I do believe that a players natural abilities can be reflected on ANY sax, .look at Charlie Parker for example. It is all in the player!
The JodyJazz ESP is a 24kt Gold-Plated metal tenor saxophone mouthpiece for Tenor Sax will appeal to the Straight Ahead player looking for the best.
vintage otto link hard rubber 7 or 7*
You should play the either the alto saxophone or the tenor saxophone. The alto is a good size and most 6th graders play this type. The tenor is a little bigger, but not beyond reason. It is less common but just as easy to play.
NO! I think you should go with Jupiter or Yamaha.
Yes. I have a Schill baritone and it is almost indentical to a Besson. The case is well made and the mouthpiece looks like an unlabeled Denis Wick. At a recent festival , a student had a 4 valve Schill Eup. It sounds great.

The flute, because it has the exact same notes as the alto sax, but if its the tenor, then im not sure. The tenor has the same fingerings as an alto, but different notes. If you want the same fingerings, i would suggest the recorder.
all beginners should start on either alto or tenor. after a while they can switch to any other types of saxes. Yamaha student horns are good for beginners.
Different people like different saxophones. It depends what style and who you are. Tenor produces a jazzier sound, but you often sacrifice having the melody for a counter-melody, or sometimes even just tones in the background. Alto is generally a good choice for concert band. for marching band, the baritone or Contra-bass saxophone is a good choice, to enhance the band's sound. As for brands... For alto: stay away from yamaha. Julius Keilwerth st 90 series 4 is a good model, and my personal choice. Tenor and Baritone : Selmer. I do not play contra-bass, and therefore, cannot give you a good brand.
they are around 400$ and they are cheap, made in CHINA.
you can"t
Yes, he does. He played alto and tenor as well as soprano on some of his earlier recordings, and still occasionally uses them (such as on his cover of "Pick up the Pieces" with David Sanborn).
