NO THEY MOST CERTAINLY ARE NOT!!!!!! the band was named after something in The Bible. HALF theyre songs are about something that has to do wth the bible. I do not know what songs of theirs "hint" that they are satanic. I own and have heard ALL OF THEIR SONGS and not one of them hints such a thing.
Some of Avenged Sevenfold's songs appear as "satanic", but they aren't.Most of their songs on 4-5 albums were songs with a Christian meanings, but their sixth album Nightmare's songs sound a bit satanic, but none of them actually are.
They aren't satanic, they're just anti-religion. In one of their latest songs, "Children of a Worthless God", they talk about the religion of Islam and how bad that it can be due to the amounts of holy wars and killings. So to sum it all up, they don't worship Satan, they're against religion. tHEY ARE ACTUALLY all Christian men! Well the Islamic part is BS! They are for Christianity and sometimes their lyrics are misinterpreted. They speak of The Lord! Good!
nooo! Just because of the style it doesn't mean they're satanic!!!!
Although they have not confirmed that they are Christian, it is possible. They do sing about murder, rape, suicide, homicide, drug and alcohol use, which make Christians believe that A7X is not a Christian band. Because, of course, murder, rape, suicide, etc. are not Christian topics.Christians also believe that A7X's song God Hates Us is insulting God, which is true, but it's just not the whole truth. The lead singer of A7X, M. Shadows, was angry at God when he wrote the song, regarding Jimmy's death.Others songs, such as Dear God and Warmness On The Soul are more Christian-ish songs. The songs Chapter Four and Beast and the Harlot are also Christin based songs. Chapter Four is based on the fourth chapter of Genesis (Cain and Abel), and the Beast and the Harlot is based off of the book of Revelations. Also, these songs are based off of the bible as well:Nightmare- about someone being left behind in the raptureWicked end- The raptureAfterlife - a man sees his place in hell, then a glimpse of heavenTheir band name, Avenged Sevenfold, is also from the bible. And here's another fact, most of the members are from a Christian background. Jimmy "The Rev." was raised Catholic, as was M. Shadows, Zacky Vengeance and Synyster Gates. Arin Ilejay (their new drummer after Jimmy's death) was raised (and still is) a Christian. His mom is a gospel singer. They are, as Syn Gates stated, not tagged as a "Christian band", but they were raised Christians. So basically, if it comes down to them being Christian, Atheist, or Satanic, it's most likely Christian. But as I stated above, they have not confirmed being Christian.
No, the Death Bat is not satanic. It is often mistaken as satanic by people, mostly Christians, but it is not.
No there's some about love or about anything
No, they do not. Most people think that they do, but as most of the band members are Catholic, they confirmed that they do not.

No, Zacky Vengeance is not a satanist. However, he is often accused of worshiping the devil by people who do not particularly like Avenged Sevenfold because he has a 6661 on his guitar. However, he has confirmed that the 6661 is just a turned over 1999, and it is not satanic, and he is not a devil worshiper.
Most people that like secular rock music think that they are awesome. Most Christians think that they are satanic because of the Death Bat. People who like pop music don't like them because they are a rock band. Almost everyone thinks something different.

Rituals, satanic or otherwise, vary depending on the group of people that invented them. Similarly other church rituals vary depending on which church you go to.
Actually, hardly any devices involve Satanism. There was once a famous poetic reference to "dark, Satanic mills" but in general, technology is not viewed as Satanic. Devices are merely intended to help us to do something more easily than we otherwise could, they almost never have any religious element to them, Satanic or otherwise.

Some people say that a naked woman is a Satanic symbol because it invokes lust. I guess that kinda means some playing cards do have Satanic imagery.
A person may want to be immortal, simply because he/she does not want to die; and continue to living his/her life to the fullest; and in that, is Satanic.
