No. It really shouldn't make a difference as long as your nails are not extremely long.
Fake nails shouldn't get in the way of anything, just be careful not to snag it on any part of the Saxophone while your putting it together or resting with it.
Now if your nails are really long for example over 2 inches or so, it would be hard to do pretty much anything. So I would be very weary of that. But as long as your comfortable with it then it should be perfectly okay.

you have to get them done at a hair salon usally, but you can go to sally's and get fake kindof hard plasticy ones and they will usaully stay on for about a month if you dont play sports. And dont use your nails as tools or they will come off almost inmeddiatly

I play clarinet, saxophone, and flute, and I would definitely say that saxophone is the easiest of all three. It takes a good amount of air and muscle support around the mouth to get a good sound, but in the end it is the most free-blowing woodwind and requires the least amount of control to at least get a decent sound.
