If you own all of the iPods, it is my understanding that you may freely use the music on multiple iPods.

any file sharing of copyrighted music is illegal, downloading to your ipod makes it no more or less so. Unless the music is set for open distribution by the record company, you did not buy the music therefore it is copyright infringement
Make sure the "Manually manage music and videos" check box IS CHECKED on both of your ipods. This will take a little more work but then it will not automatically sync and will easily allow you to connect multiple ipods to one itunes - we have three ipods and one itunes at our place.
1. Sync your first ipod to the library. 2. unplug it. 3. Sync your second ipod to the library. 4. unplug it. WARNING! If you already have music on either one of your ipods from a different library and you plug it in, all the previous music will be earased.

you can't upload any music on wii music. hopefully they come up with a wii music 2!

Linux software exists to sync music with most iPods. So yes.
If you own the original CD or have legally purchased the music online, you may burn as many Cd's and upload the music to as many personal computers and/or music players that you own. It is only illegal if you burn Cd's for people outside your household (the people that live in the same home as you) or upload your music to devices that enable others to use the music. This is copyright infringement.
