This is a yes and a no. If it is harmless then you two are maybe just very close and this is how you were taught to act around each other. Then again it is probably more if you feel the need to ask the question. In this case then no. No it isn't, you need to stop and refrain yourself from these things. Maybe sit down with a shrink and discuss these emotions. Maybe you just need to get out in the world and meet new people and do exciting things I don't know you so I can't say, but I will add this. You will, and I stress this end up hurting both her and yourself if you pursue it.
