Answer The Ta-152 was designed with a longer wingspan (or high aspect ratio) than compared to the Fw-190 which it was dervied from. The longer wing span makes it not as maneuverable----BUT, it was designed to fly at much higher altitudes than the fighters. Therefore, you could say it was the best fighter at that altitude. Down low, it would be at a disadvantage. That is like asking which takes corners better, a race car or a tractor? They both are best at what they were designed to do.
