This is debatable. The song may be construed as critical of the societal acceptance of materialism, the shockingly low levels of intelligence displayed by some women (commonly referred to as bimbos or party girls) and the behaviors and mannerisms commonly associated to them (such as promiscuity and dependency on others). On the reverse, the song could be considered to promote the afformentioned.

Generally, from the view point of feminism, the lack of indpendence and social equality would result in the song being considered inappropriate. There is however nothing in the lyrics overtly offensive such as explicit lyrics, only the interpretation of those lyrics as to what they may promote or decry.
