No...they splintered apart in the mid to late 70's. One of their offshoots was Bachman-Turner Overdrive.

John Entwhistle, Bass, died 2002.
Keith Moon, Drums, died 1978.
Moon was replaced in 1979 by Kenney Jones, who died in 1988.

From 1964 - 1978 the Who were:
Pete Townshend - Guitar, Roger Daltrey - Vocals, John Entwistle - Bass, Keith Moon - Drums.
When Moon died in 1978 he was replaced by Kenny Jones who stayed with the band until 1985. John 'Rabbit' Bundrick also joined the band on keyboards in 1978.
After Kenny Jones was fired the band toured with Simon Phillips until they found a permanent drummer in Zak Starkey.
Pete Townshend's brother Simon Townshend also occasionally plays second guitar when the band tour.
After John Entwistle's death the band have employed different bass players such as Pino Palladino and Greg Lake but haven't recruited a permanent replacement.
