No. Selena is too old for Jake. And Selena and Jake both say that they are like brother and sister.
Yes, I visited "Selena, Etc." in Corpus Christi on December 18, 2008. The boutique is full of beautiful clothing, shoes, accessories, and Selena souvineirs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And if it couldn't get any better, it did (my experience there)--they were having a sale, but even the regular prices were good. I will be back! If you are a Selena fan you MUST visit "Selena, Etc." on Everhart Road in Corpus Christi. Also, be sure to see her museum at Q Productions, also in Corpus Christi on Leopard Street. K. Many. Let's go in order, shall we?Being Female: Tejano in the those days, were ruled by men mostly. Selena was the FIRST female artist, to bring a new sound, and style. For her being a woman, she had big hits. Making her "Queen of tex mex".Mexican: I guess this can be related to "Female" too. Why? Because in those days, their were discrimination going on, with mexicans. I can't really expand on that, because I don't remember. I heard this on her biography. Anyways, She came into a time, that we needed a Selena. She was big in latin america, and the USA. At that time, it wasn't really heard of.Cross-over: A cross over, is (in Selena's case) going from Spanish to the English music market. Like I said before, it was rare for a Latin person to be a hit. Glora Estefan opened the doors, but Selena blew it right open. She opened it, for artists like Ricky Martin, Shakira, and etc.Still to this day, her legacy still shines.
Its open on Saturday and Sunday not the days of the week for school
