Pretty much, however, there are quite a few of these saxophones out there that are sized differently to suite the player (saxophonist). This pretty much applies to all saxophones, appart from designer instruments and the Alto Saxophone which is now built in a large range of sizes.
Any other questions?

Your Answer: Contra Bass Baritone SaxophoneDid you know:As of 2006 , there are only 15 contra bass baritone saxophones existing in the world.
Low B flat for most, but some saxophone models have a low A key below the octave key.
It has to sound lower than the bass instrument in that family, eg. contrabass saxophone. You can go one better: the subcontrabass. Don't expect to see one in your local orchestra anytime soon, they're very rare.
Possible to build, yes. Possible to play, probably not.
that would be the "octocontrabass" or "subcontrabass" clarinet. the piano's lowest note is B♭, and the subcontrabass is able to play B♭-1. with only one built, and only three pieces of music for it, it has never been electronically recorded.

Lisa's saxophone is a baratone sax. it is the biggest saxophone in a long line of saxaphones... i hope that helped
the four main saxophones are bari (being the lowest), tenor (second lowest), alto, and soprano (being the highest). the actual lowest is subcontrabass, and actual highest is sopranino. so the actual second lowest is contrabass sax.
