No, because the plug you describe is now reserved (in the US National Electrical Manufacturers Association standards) for 250V at either 15A or 30A, depending upon diameter of the plug. A ready-made "adapter" would invite serious dangers, as would any such home-made device.
voltage is 220volts, they use the three prong English-type plug socket although adaptors are readily available
The Peel Sessions - Prong EP - was created in 1990.

No.
Depends upon which prong is horizontal. Under NEMA standards (in the USA) it could either be 250v (6-20p) with both non-grounded terminals hot, or 125v (5-20p) with the horizontal being neutral. Obviously, WHICH terminal is horizontal determines the possible voltage, so you cannot accidentally plug a 125v device into a 250V socket.
yes it does, it is horizontal and in the center of the middle "prong"
The AC adapter may be different, as some Thai power plus are European style. The adapter will work with a 2 prong adapter for US plugs.
Change the outlet to a grounded one. Get an adapter that goes from 3 prong to 2. Break the ground prong off. Any one of these will work.
Do not use an adapter. You need a properly wired outlet for a washing machine. A shock could kill you.
the wider of the 2 blades, provided that the plug is polarized
Yes, provided the outlet has a three element receptacle. The third prong is ground. If you use an adapter that connects three prongs to a two slot outlet there is a shock danger.
You should install a four prong. The older ones were three prong and had no ground. An adaptor isn't made because it wouldn't fix the problem. You could make your own adaptor and cut the ground off with a pair of dykes, but don't.

To run your hair dryer in France, you will need a 2 prong adapter. Travel adapters are widely available in stores such as Target and Walmart and Best Buy stores.
Yes. My Xbox 360 that I bought in late 2009 Uses a standard 100-127v 50-60 hertz power supply. I live in Sumida Tokyo and my 360 works with no extra adapter. You may need a 3 prong to 2 prong adapter because they do not use 3 prong plugs here. Japan uses 100v vs 120 in the US so no problems at all because the power supply goes from 100-127v. I am not sure about the slims released in June 2010.
