No. Being a screamo band does not automatically make them atheist. There are also screamo christian bands, believe it or not.
There are TONS of Christian screamo bands. I would say that the top three (in my opinion) would be Demon Hunter, As I Lay Dying, and The Devil Wears Prada.

I would start off with August Burns Red and The Devil Wears Prada. They don't consider themselves Christian Bands but all the members are Christian and the lyrics are clean. =D
