I was able to find an online tutorial for playing the violin. www.fortunecity.com/greenfield/panda/13/mmst/less1.htmYouTube also offers an online video on playing the violin. www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmiiA0DcQkY
When you see someone refer to a "violin outfit," it means they are talking about both the violin and the bow. This sometimes includes the case as well. When purchasing a violin online, you want to make sure you're buying a violin outfit with a case, and not just a violin by itself.
Generally, student violins are not bought based upon the brand, but by the maker of the violin. Any violin that one buys that is less than roughly 250 USD is not going to be of very good quality. If you buy a violin online, you might have to get the bridge completely readjusted (just for your information). It would be much better to go to a music store or a violin shop and see if you can get a nice violin for a reasonable price instead of buying a violin online.
google it. it's really not that hard to find. violin 1 and 2 are both online but you have to pay for most of them. some you can get for free.

There is a plethora of public domain music for the violin (and most all other instruments) at imslp[dot]org. All the files there are in PDF format, downloadable and printable. You can search by instrument.

.There are quite a few places to get free online sheet music for violin, a score is what the conductor uses to read all the instruments notes though. I'd suggest violinsheetmusic.org/ if you want free violin sheet music.

there used to be a section in the magazine that had instruments but unfortunetly they removed it
There is no place I know of that prints the whole page, but you can get half of it for all instruments (Including Violin Two) at http://jwpepper.com/sheet-music/pdfviewer.jsp?prodnum=2442465&pf=I_2442465
You could either rent one or buy one. (suggested online)
