I hear a clicking noise coming from my jeep when I hit speeds greater then 50 MPH? any ideas on what can cause this
It might be an exhaust leak

There can be several things that will cause your 1994 Jeep grand Cherokee to make a loud clanking noise when you drive it. The most common cause is a bad u-joint.
Sounds like your ball joints are shot. Could also be your axles. I had the same noise, clunking when i turned and it turned out to be my axles. Check the boots to see if they are ripped.
Have you changed your oil lately? You can try adding 10/40 wt. oil the next time you change oil.
My jeep makes this noise sometimes too the only thing I can tell you is check the transfer case fluid then if it doesn't stop make sure it's not something more serious like u joints or your transfer case itself, but it's most likely the transfer case fluid
If your vehicle is making this noise, it is most likely a faulty starter. You should first make sure you battery is not dead before getting it serviced.
Not sure if engine related maybe pre-ignition try a higher grade of fuel May be power train related and perhaps a cv joint
