The radio unlock code could not be working for a few different reasons. One reason could be because the radio could be out of date, the other could be because it is broke.

I believe you get six attempts?? .. entering in enough incorrect codes your stereo will litterally melt/self-destruct itself. Get this code from the dealer and store it in a safe place.
