The Louisiana adjuster license is reciprocal to any state that is a member of the NAIC (National Association of Insurance Commissioners)(approx. 50 states) E.g. if an individual wanted to obtain a license in another state, having a Louisiana license would waiver he/she from taking the exam administered by that state for licensure. The individual would only have to pay the licensure fees and complete an application for that state. http://www.naic.org/state_web_map.htm The Louisiana adjuster license is reciprocal to any state that is a member of the NAIC (National Association of Insurance Commissioners)(approx. 50 states) E.g. if an individual wanted to obtain a license in another state, having a Louisiana license would waiver he/she from taking the exam administered by that state for licensure. Also there is an ancestral file on line at familysearch.org that is free to search any time that brings up census records, social security death index, and pedigree info and downloadable gedcoms (pedigree files including family info births, marriages, and deaths, burials). Gedcoms are importable into any genealogical recordkeeping program, many available free on the internet (one at the family search web site,PAF 5.0). All states share this information. You can't get a license in any state if it's suspended in another state.
Yes, the Florida All Lines adjuster license has many reciprocal states, including Texas, NC and GA. Once an adjuster holds the Florida license, the reciprocal states will grant that adjuster a non-resident license. Ultimately, a claims adjuster could work throughout the United States beginning with the Florida All Lines License.

reciprocal duty of the people to the state ?
drivers licenses
You can only be licensed in the state you're an established permanent resident of. If your address is in Louisiana, that's the only state you can be licensed in, and states do not issue licenses to out of state drivers.
Yes. All US drivers licenses are valid in all US states, and Puerto Rico is part of the US
The FL Dept. Of FInancial Services States on their site:"If an individual holds a general lines agent license and wish to add or convert over to an adjuster, you must apply online and submit the fees of $55. (No examination is required"http://www.fldfs.com/Agents/Qualifications/5-series.htmBasically, a 2-20 agent can switch the license to an all lines adjuster license, and switch back. The 4-40 license is a customer service representative license, and that cannot be switched over to an adjuster license.
Each state varies depending on if you are a staff/company adjuster or independent/self employed adjuster. There are several states require adjusters to be licensed to work in their state. Depending on where you live, you may have to take an exam in several states.
There are zero states within Louisiana. Louisiana is a state itself, therefore it does not have any states within it.
No..Most states are compact states which report invalid licenses to each other.
