kill the big boo in the backyard of the castle(mario needed), to go to boo's mansion,go in the front door,go to the 2nd floor(if you have not gotten go on a ghost hunt just triple jump up),go in the door on the back right,go on the table and get the power flower and float up,go in the luigi painting, then go in the doors in this order,right,left,right,left,goacross the falling blocks,up the platforms,and in the hole,and then ground pound or punch the ghost 3 times then you get the luigi key.
