On the front of the t-shirt, is a photo of Paul Allander, photo manipulated with nails in his head, and it shows him with a long tongue, this is the answer: In the biblical story of Adam, Eve, and Satan the Serpent; Samael (Satan) sexually rode Eve, and "injected filth into her." This "Filth" was Samael's seed, or semen. This is the true heritage of Cain. But the long tongues all over the shirt are indicating that Satan pleased Eve through cunnilingus. Or, the commonly known "eating out," or "went down on," and other more vulgar terms.
