Replacing cams on a Mitsubishi 3000 gt non-turbo an the dial pins on the cams are supposed to be at 45degrees and 65degrees what if there not what is the problem?

I have to assume that the timing is off someplace. Something was turned at some point in the assembly process. Go back to the crank and set it again. Yes, it's a pain, but you will find the mistake at some point.

well i have a 92 gs nonturbo and mine cuts out at 3500 but if i unplug the connecter on the air filter i can red line it but it will idle low and sometimes die on my car the throttle position senser and the mass air flow senser are bad 300.00 dollas for both so if you dont mind starting your car often then unplug the air filter harness
