It isnt the best idea. Majority of cancer treatments cannot be administered while the woman is pregnant. So she will either have to abort or hold cancer treatments until she delivers, if that is the case the dr will most likely want it delivered early to start treatment as soon as possible. Reason being some cancers like some breast cancers grow like a weed due to hormones and while a woman is pregnant hormones are raging so the cancer can grow very quickly.
