Should the government censor lyrics

In my opinion they shouldn't because who would censor the songs? Really old people or really young people? Each has it's downsides. I think if a person can't bear hearing certain words used, they should not listen to the song.

that is a good question i think the answer is no because it is only the song and it don't made any problem everyone can sing it but sometime it is bad for kid because sometime the kid use the action in the song to their friend or family.

In the U.S., they can not. Song lyrics fall under the first amendment to the constitution of The United States.

Such words should be removed, they add nothing of significance to the content of the lyric nor do they enhance the reputation of the person who wrote the words, or sings the words
