You're symptoms of pregnancy include: missed period, fatigue, swollen and or tender breasts, mood swings, flu like symptoms, nausea, implantation bleeding (slightly different than a period) etc. Not all women will experience pregnancy symptoms so if you do suspect you might be pregnant, you should take a test rather than relying solely on symptoms. Not all women do experience a missed period during the first few weeks of pregnancy, so again, it is important to use other determinations of pregnancy other than symptoms. It is important for you to confirm your pregnancy as soon as possible to ensure the proper care and safety of you and your new baby. Most of these symptoms will start about two weeks after the first day of your missed period.

I had an ectopic pregnancy. I was 17 at the time and had never been pregnant. My period was 2 weeks late. I was having really bad cramps like my period was going to start anytime. My mother took my to the ER where I found out that the pregnancy was in my tubes. They told me it was good that I came in when I did because from the looks of things it was at the point of rupture. I don't think that I had vomiting or nausea. Just the painful cramps.
To know for sure whether you are pregnant or not is to take a pregnancy test. But that could be a sign of implantation bleeding.
Yes, you can get pregnant after your tubes are tied. I had my tubes tied 6 years ago during the birth of my son, I had a c-section. SURPRISE , I had signs of being pregnant. I thought oh this is not possible, Its possible !!!!
