you probably bumped the lazer out of place, and if you went over a bump and it came out it probably wasnt installed right
the radio is below the center of the windshield, right below the air vents... If you mean how do you REMOVE the radio then that's another question altogether. PULL out center air vents, REMOVE ashtray, there are 2 bolts there and 2 where you removed the air vent. Remove those and your there.

Remove ashtray and carefully pry off the surrounding trim. Also pry off the trim around the radio. You will see the screws that hold the radio in (4 i think). Unscrew and you are done.

To remove the radio from the 1990 Lexus ES250, first pry the face plate from the dashboard. Then remove the clips that hold each side of the radio. Then, remove the wires to release the radio.
The 2002 Lexus radio and navigation system fuse can be found in the fuse box. The radio and navigation system fuse will be the number six fuse.
If you do not have it written down in the owner's manual, you need to contact a LEXUS DEALER. You will more than likely need the serial# off the radio. That will require removing the radio. Check with Lexus to b sure.
