The radiator fan relay has failed. The relay is under the front bumper cover under the right front headlight. The easyist way to access the relay is to remove right front headlight and drill a 1.5 inch hole to remove. Otherwise the entire front bumper has to be removed.

i have this same problem on my 2000 just mess around with the connection when the car is on to see if the fan turns on that usually works for me it located on the left outside the fan cover.

The radiator fan relay has failed. It is located under the bumper, under the passenger headlight.

Either the fan motor is bad or the sensor switch needs to be replaced.
