False. It is an example of three-part or ternary form.
A b a
"Ternary" simply means that the piece of music you are talking about happens in three distinct parts. For example, it starts with part "A," then goes to part "B," then maybe back to part "A" again. Mozart has a good example: Part A- "twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are" Part B- "up above the world so high, like a diamond in the sky" Part A- "twinkle twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are." It can, of course get MUCH more complex than that, but the important thing is that there are three obvious parts. Doesn't matter if one of the parts is repeated (like Twinkle pt A above), as long as the other, different part is sandwiched in the middle to divide the repetition.
It is a form of opinion, but most do not form Three days Grace as demonic.
Ternary form can be described simply as ABA form, i.e. one part is played, then another diffferent part is played and then it finishes on the same part it started on. It can also be thought of like a sandwich, e.g. bread, then jam, then bread on top to finish.

Five and three thousandths in standard form is written as 5.003. In this notation, the whole number part (5) is followed by a decimal point, and the fractional part (three thousandths) is represented by 003, indicating three parts out of a thousand.
Three halves in numeric form is represented as 3/2. This can also be expressed as a decimal, which is 1.5.

Three and nine tenths can be written in decimal form as 3.9. The whole number part is 3, and the fractional part, nine tenths, is represented as .9. Therefore, combining both parts gives you 3.9.
Two hundred three and six tenths
Three tenths in expanded form is expressed as 0.3, which can also be represented as 3/10. This shows that it consists of three parts out of a total of ten equal parts. In decimal notation, it indicates that the value is three-tenths of a whole.
Yes
One million and three quarters can be expressed in figures as 1,000,000.75. The "one million" part is represented by the numeral 1,000,000, and "three quarters" (which is 0.75) is added to it.
One and three hundred twenty-four thousandths can be expressed as the decimal 1.324. This means it consists of the whole number one (1) followed by the decimal part, which is three hundred twenty-four thousandths (0.324). In fractional form, it can also be represented as ( \frac{1324}{1000} ).
3.1 million can be written out as "three million one hundred thousand." In numerical form, it is represented as 3,100,000.
A complex number can be thought of as a vector with two components, called the "real part" (usually represented on the horizontal axis), and the "imaginary part" (usually represented on the vertical axis). You can also express the complex number in polar form, that is, with a a length and an angle.
