∙ 12y agoDemi did not write the song Skyscraper, a bubblegum-goth singer, whom I forget the name of at the moment, did. It was originally meant to be sung by Jordin Sparks, but was given to Demi to sing because it was the perfect comeback song for her and describes the trials and tribulations she went through from being bullied, her eating disorder, cutting, rehab, and finally coming back to say that she has risen above all that. It is a rather beautiful song indeed.

∙ 12y agoDemi Lavoto wrote this song to the paparazzi and the haters because they were trying to "break her down" by ruining her career, but later when she got out of rehab she picked it back up again with a new hit single! she also clarified that she was going through a lot of stress so she started to cut her wrists therefore she went into rehab to help her stop!
