Dionne Warwick is her cousin from Whitney's mother'd side of the family
While there are many people with the last name Warwick, the one who is directly related to Whitney Houston was her cousin, singer Dionne Warwick.
Apparently so. She had an older half-brother and an older brother. Her older cousins included Dionne Warwick, and Leontyne Price was her mother's cousin.
hahaha
They may have the same last name which is Houston. But they are not related in any way, shape, or form.
Dionne Warwick is her cousin from Whitney's mother'd side of the family
Whitney's mother, Cissy Houston, had a sister named Lee. Both of them were from the Drinkard family. Lee's last name was Warwick when she was married. She had two girls, Dionne, and Dee Dee Warwick, who are both famous singers as well. Dionne is Whitney Houston's cousin.

No there is no relation between Cicely Tyson and Whitney Houston.
hahaha
You are probably referring to Aretha Franklin, with whom she always had a close relationship, and as a child, she called her as "Auntie Ree." There have been some sources that said Aretha was also Whitney's godmother, but after Whitney died, Aretha went on some talk shows and denied this. It should be noted that Aretha seems to have had some sort of dispute with Cissy Houston (Whitney's mom), so this may explain why she no longer claims to have been Whitney's godmother.

Among the family members in attendance were her mother, Cissy Houston, her daughter Bobbi Kristina, her cousin Dionne Warwick, former husband Bobby Brown (who did not stay for most of the ceremony), brother Michael, step-brother Gary, and sister-in-law Patricia.
She came from a musical family-- her mother (Cissy) was a gospel singer whose vocal group also sang back-up for Elvis Presley in the late 1960s; she had a cousin who was a pop vocalist (Dionne Warwick) and an honorary aunt (some sources say godmother) who was also a well-known singer (Aretha Franklin).
No, they were not related. Whitney Houston did not have any sisters; she had a step-sister named Alana, two step-brothers, and a biological brother. Thelma Houston's real name is Thelma Jackson.
Whitney Houston - I think.
