No, his first nose job was because he broke his nose, his second was to correct the the first one because it caused breathing problems. Any others he may have had done was probably down to Lupus.

Scarring from surgery is worsened by Lupus and causes lesions so corrective surgery is used to remove the scar tissue, which causes more once healed and the process starts all over again, every time corrective surgery takes place you lose tissue, hence the shrinkage of the his nose.
